Rash on my preggo bump.

I was just wandering if any of you ladies have ever had a rash on your belly while pregnant. I am 29 weeks pregnant and I have small red bumps on my upper belly and it is a little itchy. I am a little concerned. Would this hurt the baby? What could this be. Thanks

What I get isn't anything like what that link shows.  I get little bumps sometimes fleshy colored- sometimes red and they itch....there aren't always a lot...may be one or two...may be several and it comes and goes.  I have no idea what it is but I've gotten it with several pregnancies and never had any complications from it nor have my docs ever said anything about it.

I thinks it's just annoying!!

Here's a link to what I think you may be experiencing.
the rash is called "PUPPS" I guess.

It explains everything and what causes it, and it even has a few pics on there for you.

Hope this helps.

No no I remember watching "Pregnancy For Dummies" on tv once where all they play all day is **** like babies: special delivery n stuff like that for new or expecting mommies.

But anyways, I remember them saying that something about a rash that some women get. Like a bumpy, or an eczema-looking rash on different parts of their bodies.

And the only cure for it is delivery.

There's alot of stuff we gatta watch out for cuz the only cure for some of these things are delivery so if you get it early, you gatta deal with it till the baby comes.
Ugh.

Like pregnancy induced diabetes, n that rash you're experiencing... n all these other things like increased blood pressure...

But if it is that rash I remember them saying, then no it's not harmful to your baby because he/she caused it along with your hormones.
lol.

But I would mention it to your doctor just incase.
