Raspberry leaf tea??
I have finally thinned 50% and am dilated a finger tip! I'm 39 weeks and being induced tomorrow. I want to do some stuff to help it progress. any comments on rasberry tea ??
I've heard too many bad things about Castor oil. I won't use it... the risks are too high. but thank you very much!
Raspberry leaf tea is to just strengthen your uterus and wont help progress it you it for making labor easier but is usually started at 36 weeks or before to have effect. I took castor oil with my last pregnancy. I took 2 doses 4 hours apart my last was at 11pm i started labor at around 4 am and it was a wonderful natural labor.
