Really worried. Help!

So my first doctors appointment is tomorrow.
I believe I am 9 weeks pregnant and today I started feeling a tingling/throbbing pain in my pelvic area. I searched online and read that it was ligaments growing. But now the pain has moved to lower back pain, pelvic pain and leg joint (inner thigh area) pain.
I have no spotting or bleeding and I only have the pain when I walk too much.
Is this normal? Did anyone else experience this at 9 weeks?

discomfort is normally typical that early on. Just don't stress out over it and talk to your doctor when your there. Write down the questions you have now, so you don't have a brain fart when you get there.

In early pregnancy yes.
You will get pains like this just cause
Everything is stretching and adjusting.
You just need to take it easy hun and try not to stress it. :) I know easier said then done.
