Relationship

So, I know its probably nothing serious, but I am just a bit worried. According to my midwife I am full term, 36 weeks currently, and she said that from here on out my son can arrive whenever he wants. But for some reason my fiance doesn't seem excited at all. He keeps suggesting that our son should keep cooking a little longer or that he doesn't want him to come yet. I am a little worried that he is regretting the fact that we are having a child together. I also thought that maybe his behavior could mean that he is nervous or scared cause he is a first time father. I really need some peace at mind because these thoughts have me a bit stressed.

Don't stress, he's nervous I'd say but they instantly fall in love once the baby is here regardless. I was in a similar situation I hot induced and my baby's dad wasn't too keen at first but he loves our son so much

My mother has been telling me the same thing amongst a few others. That he will tear up and he will feel truly happy and alright when he sees our son's face. I agree. Just been a bit stressed because our son might come early according to my midwife

Don't stress out too much , he's probably just scared of him arriving but as soon as your baby boy comes he will be happy as can be
