Okay so I'm on the birth control ortho tricyclen lo and I skipped my period pills last pack but got my period anyways 2 days later and the period lasted like 2 weeks. now on my new pack I started the period pills yesterday and now theres still no period....
is this bad? is it because I already had my period? i can't be pregnant can I?!?!?!

If you have had intercourse then yes there is a chance you could be pregnant.
With birth control pills the "period week" pills are typicall just sugar pills. They don't do anything other than keep you in the habit of taking your pills every day. Not taking that weeks worth of pills shouldn't affect anything as long as you started taking your next pack on time as directed.
This is assuming ortho tricyclen lo is the same as other birth control pills.
If you are concerned about possible pregnancy, wait 2 weeks after the last time you had sexual activity and take a test.
