i had hyperemesis during my last pregnancy which lasted until I was 23 weeks.  I threw up about 15-30 times a day , I wanted to die. This pregnancy i didnt throw up at all. Candied ginger worked really good , you can buy it at most grocery stores in the spices isle... As well as fresh ginger tea. , If its still too bad medication is your best bet. I was on an array of them last time

When I felt like I was getting sick I chewed on spearmint gum.It helped alittle bit. I'm 19wks and still need it sometimes. Good luck and I hope it goes away soon!

I was soooooooooo sick until my 5th month!  I'm so sorry for you.  That was the worst part of being pregnant.  I remember thinking I couldn't handle it anymore-I didnt even want to be pregnant anymore-JUST HOLD on.  It will EVENTUALLY go away!  Once I felt the baby kick, found out the sex, and delivered the baby-I forgot all about how sick I was and I cant wait to get pregnant again!

Ginger tea is very effective--I don't care for the taste but does help settle-down that sea-sick feeling.
Traditional Medicinals puts out an organic version, with nothing else added.

Just eat little bits all throughout the day. I've heard ginger helps.

I had morning sickness a little into the 2nd trimester but hopefully your will ease up by week 14!
