SURVEY for Tested Women!!!??

So, it's been 16 days since I had sex - and i have neg test results... how long did it take some of you mommies to test positive? Any false negatives before you finally got your positive? I have almost all the symtoms of being pregnant??

I didnt test positive with a urine test at all, so I went to the doctors and asked them to draw blood and they did and at that point I was already 8 weeks pregnant!!

Tested positive 5 days before my missed period.

I didn't realize I could be pregnant the first time around until I took a calendar out and counted. I think I was about a week late when I tested and got an immediate positive.

With my second daughter, I got a very faint positive when my period was due. When I say very faint, I mean that you had to turn the test at a certain angle to see the line. DH wasn't convinced I was pregnant by that test until I went to the doctor for confirmation!!! My daughter is now 9 months old and thriving!

With my first pregnancy I didn't get a positive until the first day of my missed period (five years ago and wasn't charting...not sure how many dpo or anything). With my second pregnancy I got a positive about 2 days before my period was due.  With pregnancy #3 got positive at 10dpo but ended in missed miscarriage in my 9th week with d&c.  Now I am pregnant again (10 weeks tomorrow) and got my positive at 8dpo!

I tested 11dpo and got a positive which was the day before my period was due. I also used e.p.t. with first morning urine.

I tested neg the day of my first day missed.  I tested three days after that and got a positive.
