Saline Nose Drops
Are these okay to use during pregnancy?? I am 28w3d my nose is so stuffed to wear I can only breathe out of my mouth:(
Thank you ladys! Mine is an off brand from Walmart its Equate not sure never used it before but will give it a try.
Its the safest...you can also use a spray called Otrivin. I find it clears well but makes your nose feel worse when it wears off. And you're only supposed to use it a few days. So if the saline helps stick with that stuff for sure. I use it all the time. Hydra sense works well.
