Peas are coming into season at the local farmer's markets.  I don't like them cooked, but boy, right out of the field from a farmer, they are so DELICIOUS uncooked, eaten straight out of the pod.  Ditto sugar-snap peas, the kind where you eat the crunchy, sweet pod.  And don't overlook V8 -- they have all kinds of mixes now that taste good especially over ice.  (If you like Bloody Marys, you can find a lot to like in V8.)  lol

Try fennel (eat it in cut-up slices) and don't overlook onions in your food and pickles.  In other words, eat unusual vegetables raw, or others in things like hamburgers where you would eat them anyway.  Not all vegetables are cooked mushy and eaten as a side dish.
