Second baby, boobs sore this time but weren't the first time?

So my son is 17 months old and I had no breast tenderness or pain at all with him and always wondered what the fuss was about but this time they have started aching and the nipples are sore just this week and I'm twelve weeks now... How come they weren't sore with the first? And also how come they've only just started being sore but with a lot of people they're sore within the first few weeks?

Every pregnancy is different,  just like every woman, so it's never a good idea to compare one pregnancy to the other, it will just make you worry about things that don't need any mind paid. Its normal for them to hurt. Good luck: -)

Since you didn't have it last time, here is some advice on breast tenderness from MedHelp.org and the I'm Expecting app.

http://www.medhelp.org/pregnancy-health/articles/Breast-Tenderness-During-Pregnancy-Your-Symptoms-Manual/1998

You can find this in the app by going to the Pregnancy Diary from the home screen and selecting Breast tenderness from the Symptoms menu. Then click the menu bar in the upper left and select Symptoms Manual to see your symptoms.
