Second pregnancy after a complicated first

So this week I have my second prenatal apointment I will be 10 weeks 1 day. I am so nervous. I had eclampsia with my first who was born at 28 weeks by emergency c-section. Needless to say this one was not planned but loved all the same... My question is has anyone else had a complicated pregnancy the first time and gotten pregnant a second time, if so how did it go...?

If you don't mind me asking did you try something different the second time arround? I am so sick with worry at the moment. Any advice would be helpful as long as it's not hurtful.

I had preeclampsia with my first pregnancy but my second pregnancy I didn't have any.complications and no I'm pregnant with my third! I hope everything works out for you!

Thank you both for your encouragement. I am just so teriffied. I was on bedrest for 3 weeks due to a slight increase in blood preassure that the doctor thought was due to me working in a childcare center. After spending three days in hospitalized bedrest i was sent home only to return the next day and was given blood preassure meds which only seemed to worsen my condition. A little less than a week later my lil one's dad found me on the floor convulsing. I was put into a coma and given a c-section. My lil one weighed 2.8 pounds and had to stay in the NICU for 5 weeks and now has cerbal palsy. Gosh sorry I ranted it just has been an emotional battle since I found out I was expecting again.

I had a stillborn little girl at 27 weeks. I am not pregnant with twin boys. I am 31 weeks and everything is going great with the babies. It has been very stressful but I'm getting there. Almost have my babies plus now that I'm so far along I'm not as stressed out. They have a really good chance of living if they were to come early. Good luck to you and do what you have to in order to enjoy your pregnancy.

I had my first born at 20 weeks I had to have her vaginal. She lived for a minute but whn I got pregnant wit my second they discovered what the problem was I have a weak cervic and had to have a cerclage and now I'm pregnant wit my third jus dnt stress you'll b ok
