Should I be worried?

32 weeks and my right lower side hurts, i was thinking i pulled a muscle but after relaxing its still hurting, i know this sounds dumb but the only thing i can think of is my appendix like could it be inflammed? Should i call my doctor or should i wait and see if it subsides?

I know, right...IDK why.  Today I really had to pee so it took a while, I guess my muscles got sore doing that and holding up the baby belly!

Ouch!  Well, if it doesn't start feeling any better this evening, maybe check with the doctor tomorrow just to be sure.  I hope you get to feeling better soon!

Ok, this is gonna sound really dumb, but twice now I swear I have pulled a muscle in that region by peeing!  LOL  My lower right muscle like under my belly and above my pelvis was where I hurt myself.  Once was today and once was a couple weeks back.  Today I just had to sit for a few minutes and it felt better, but the first time, it was sore for several hours.  How long have you been hurting?  If more than a day, then call the doctor, but those muscles are getting a workout w/your growing belly, so chances are you are OK, just sore muscles.
