Overeating** also Peggy pops did help but I was taking meds too... The
Nausea vomiting was so bad that the meds didn't always help
I take zofran and phenergan ... Not together but I have to switch because they each have undesirable side effects like severe constipation with zofran and horrible tired drowsiness from phenergan....seabands , lemons, crackers, sprite, ginger ale never did anything for me.... Sometimes carbonated drinks made it worse.... I find if I eat what I crave , and eat slowly not overrating usually I'm okay.
I noticed with both of my pregnancies that the more i stayed active the less morning sickness i had. Also stay hydtared. A dehydrated baby can cause morning sickness.
sour things help (lemon) sea bands and they have prego pops. Nothing worked forme, but good luck!
I didn't suffer from nausea but what my cousin did for hers is she bought ginger root and lemons. Peeled the ginger and sliced the lemon in circle slices boiled it and then put it in the fridge till it got to whatever temperature you want it at and then squeezed honey into it. That took away her nausea so quickly. She drank however much necessary to get rid of it. Hope it works for you! It also helped with her heartburn but is made for nausea
Gingerbread men and ginger biscuits have a nibble at them they calm your belly right down :D
GInger ale and chicken broth worked for me....or sour candies...that's what worked for me but you have to try a few things and see what works for you.
Have you tried preggy pops? They come in weird flavors you can buy them at the matternity store
Unless its severe there's not much you can do. Sea bands, lemon and water, small meals (crackers, pretzels) ginger, etc etc.
IM 7 weeks I been using tums
