Sinus cold suggestions?

So, I've been sick for about a week now with a sore throat, horse voice, stuffy nose, and now sinus pressure/headache....any suggestions as to what I can take or do at home to get over this? I will try anything!

Run a cool mist humidifier, use vicks , mix up some salt water and gargle it and you can spray/drop whatever works best for you some up into your nose it is a natural saline that will UN stuff your nose and drink some hit decaf yea with honey and lemon in it,  breath right strips help open up your nasal passages so much at night when your laying down and cant breath ..... doing all these along with getting so sleep should help a lot. Most doctors will tell you things like sudafed are safe but I wont take anything without first checking with safefetus.com and most cold meds have some very bad side effects if taken while pregnant.... hope you feel better soon

Vicks vapor rub is safe, humidifiers help a lot, breathe right strips are my best friends lol.  You can take benedryl.... There's other safe meds but I'm not sure off the top of my head.
