The only thing I was allowed to use was Afrin, but for only three days.
But Benadryl is perfectly safe, but only take the allergy stuff...not the sinus.
OB says it is save through out the whole pregnancy.
It also helped me sleep, I ended up with a inner ear infection and lost hearing in my right ear. Also with had vertigo with it very badly, the benardryl helped a lot.

if its a genuine sinus infection, you'll probably need antibiotics (which are safe, doc will know which ones... i took antibiotics for nearly 3 months while pregnant). if its just sinus clogging but not infection, try saline nasal spray and saline nasal rinsing, works wonders.

Tylenol sinus if fine as well as the nasal sprays.   I just got over bronchitis and a sinus infection and took tylenol sinus everyday for over a week.  I was also on antibiotics.  I am 29 weeks and still feel her move all the time.

I took medication with my daugther and she is very healthy and normal.

If you are out of your first trimester, there is definatley not anything to worry about.  The drugs are considered safe, but the websites say to use a little more springly in the first trimester while things are developing....not that any really bad effects have been seen.  I think all the research and recommendations always err on the side of being overly careful.

My doc was a bit conservative but okayed tylenol and any form of afrin. Many docs okay sudefed, mine is just an overly cautious fella.

No one can guarantee a perfect baby, but what you need to take shouldn't pose any problems.
