Can I take  Benadryl  to sleep it was on the list of safe meds but I wanna make sure I need to sleep  the lil 2-3 hr I'm getting is starting to take a toll on me now

I've had pretty bad insomnia also, i try to sleep but its almost like I never sleep but instead I'm just laying down with my eyes closed, and i have to pee 6 times a night.  Aye aye aye

Not sleeping is just another thing that comes with pregnancy and there isn't much you can do about it. Maybe try yoga before bed.

I have 4weeks left and been suffering with insomnia since 23wks can't tell u the last time I actually slept through one night

Pregnancy insomnia is very common, don't feel bad wanting to get some sleep:) take it this one time and enjoy your nap:)

It is safe but I wouldn't make it a habit to use it as a sleep aid.
