Sleep Aid

Does anyone know if a Tylenol PM would be okay to take? My back hurts to badly that I usually wake up by 3. I just want a full night sleep. I've ordered a natural pain relief cream (Sore No More) but not sure when it'll get here. I was told my arthritis would go into remission while pregnant. I'm 6.5 weeks in and still waiting.

Tylenol is ok but Tylenol pm is not. You can take 2 regular Tylenol or 1 extra strength Tylenol and a Benadryl or a unisom to help you sleep. At least that is what my dr told me :)
