Sneeze and wee

Hi I am currently 20+4 weeks pregnant and for the past week everytime I sneeze u wee a little, why is this happening ? Is it normal ? How do I prevent this from continuing to happen ?

22 weeks today with a cold & I just sneezed and wet my pants completely

It happens to me all of the time sadly :/ also when I cough..I'm 36 weeks and I promise you it will only get worse. But don't be embarassed! Its just what comes along with pregnancy unfortunately lol

It's normal all i can say is do your pelvic exercises otherwise you'll still pee your pants after birth lol

Definitely normal since baby is on your bladder. And sadly, it's pretty common throughout the entire pregnancy. Kegels is a great idea. I also wear panty liners. I ended up getting the panty liners made specifically for urinary incontinence cause they work better. Like poise or always discreet panty liners.

Get used to it haha happens all the time once baba is here :) motherhood isn't very glamorous haha

When you pee, stop peeing mid pee, those are Kegals! You can do them without peeling too but that's the easiest way to explain what they are!

Do kegals to strengthen the bladder. The baby is on you bladder making it smaller then normal. I work for a Urologist

Just pressure on your bladder from your baby. It'll only get worse! /: definitely normal though!

Yeah I dont know im a first time mum ans have no idea whats going on... my pregnacy has been perfect then this happens and I dont no why :/

This has never happened to me but I'm guessing pressure on your pelvis?
