Same problem here, I too have loose hips like losingmymindinga. Everynight while sleeping if I need to turn over and I have to prepare for pain, my left hip will pop everytime. I've tried taking some tylenol pm to help me at least get some sleep, it does help a little with pain, but I'm thinking will ever take it away. Just one more thing we go through to have a baby lol!!
My hips have hurt since about 23 weeks. The best thing I could do is sleep with a pillow between my legs, which does help greatly. I got one of those boppy wedge pillows.
I feel for ya. I have loose hips anyway, but being as my body is preparing for my 5th delivery my hips can hurt like h-e-double-hockey-sticks. Sometimes if I move one of my legs a certain way or sit in a certain position it feels like someone is ripping my hips outta socket. Unfortunately I haven't found anything to ease it :( I can however sympathize.
