Sore!!!
Ok so i have this sore pain on my lower abd. All day today i havent done any abd. Work or sneezing or coughin so it cant b that its weird has anyone had this before? Im 10w.
It's normal it's usually just. Your body stretching getting ready for the baby and making room for the baby
hi its sounds like ligament\uterus stretching to me u will get this on/ off throughout ur pregnancy. congrats by the way :-)
