Please remember that it's important for us to recommend people ask their doctors about specific medications.

Some doctors approve certain medications and some doctors don't, and medical history can play a big part in that....my doctor, too, said miralax was OK but it's very important to remember to recommend that a woman check with her doctor, because she could have an underlying medical condition that we are not aware of :-).

The best, most natural answer, would be more water and fewer starchy carbs :-).

But prune juice is another good natural remedy...eating more fruit like Ripped mention, and increasing your liquid intake should make a difference.

If you're still having trouble after 1 or 2 more days, ask your doctor about epsom salts or miralax but please check with them first.

My friend swore on fruit cups... she would eat 2 of them at a time.

I drink a cupnof black coffee. Everyone says not to have caffeine but a cup wont hurt and works like a charm lol
