Sorry tmi but need advice

Ok so yesterday i turned 35 weeks and i had my doctors appt and they checked me down there it was ok didnt hurt, but then gor home and started feeling cramping and its like literally i can feel the baby push his head down towards my pelvic bone even shen i put my hand on top of my pelvic like lower i can feel his head moving towards down and it feels like my lady parts down there are opening, so this morning i had this feeling something was coming down and i checked with a mirror what it could be and im sorry it sounds nasty but i never experienced this with my first i spread my thing open with my fingers to kinda take a look and i could see not to far back like this donut shape thing with a lot of discharge and when i touch it its unconfortable, could that be my cervix thats really low or is that normal? Im also experiencing nausea and having to go to the bathroom a lot but besides peeing.

Its normal to cramp after a cervical check and sometimes when they check, they can actually cause your cervix to dilate more. Sounds like your babies head engaged and it possibly caused your cervix to dilate even more. The donut shaped thing sounds like ur seeing your cervix but ive never seen one in person so Im not sure. Youre plug could be coming out soon as well if u noticed a lot of mucousy discharge. If youre feeling severe pressure and cramping, I advise calling ur doctor and asking for advice.
