Spotting in week 4 and 5

I have been having light to kinda heavy spotting in week 4 and 5. ( i though i was a little ferther along than the ultrasound date). Its at night when i get up to go pee i get blood on the paper but thats about it. I have had 3 blood test all of which are just under normal range and the first ultrasound showed a heartbeat at 6 weeks. Should i be worryed as i have had 2 missed miscarriages. not one with any spotting.... so i would know what im feeling for. I get some cramps just light ones but i think they are normal as they are not to painfull..
Have any of you had spotting then it stopps and everythings ok???

usually some ladies have spotting around the time their period would be due. as long as it is not heavy or painful, everything should be fine. if you are really worried, speak to your doctor x
