Start of a sore throat

I just recently found out I'm pregnant (est 4+5) and I'm starting to get a sore throat. What medicines are safe to take??

Ive had a sore throat for a while. I find that acetaminophen helps quite a bit. Just like generic Tylenol.

Iv had an ongoing throat infection now I'm on antibiotics so see a doctor

You should see your doctor, if it's strep throat or anything like that you'll need antibiotics. It's important to take care of any infections during pregnancy, so if it gets worse I'd go in.
