Stomach Ache/Cramping post sexual activity

My girlfriend has been concerned a bit as of late due to a new occurrence. We have sex twice since her last period (about a week and a half ago) and both used the same contraceptive methods (Initially and for a short time with no condom, spermicidal lube, and no ejaculation. Followed by use of a condom, spermicidal lube, and pullout before ejaculation. No known ejaculation occurs during sex, pullout occurs and ejaculation occurs well afterwards). Once was about a week ago, the second time was two days ago.

The concern is this. Over the last 24 hours, she has had a fairly steady stomach ache, and at one point she said it felt almost as if it was cramping like it does prior to her period. No spotting noticed, but she is concerned that this is even occurring, and the fact that it coincides with the fact that we just started using the spermicidal lube/no condom/pullout for a short time. She is worried about pregnancy, but I am worried that it may be something else medically related (as many articles have stated this can be linked to other things). Advice for either of us? Thoughts on what could be occurring? Thanks in advance.

Is she sure it's not just worry about pregnancy? In my personal opinion it doesn't sound like pregnancy, but it also can't be fully ruled out until she gets a negative test. I'd say it's from worry about pregnancy, or she could possibly be coming down with something. Pregnancy cramping is generally much lower, centered around the pelvis and wouldn't be noticed yet. Have her wait a week or two and test with first morning urine.

Upper abdomen, right around the belly button region and up. It just kind of came and went on and off again for a couple of days. Mostly just an ache, but cramping feeling at one point.

Well. Pregnancy IS a possibility, only because pre-ejaculation still does contain sperm, just not as much. If you want to take proper precaution, you need to use your chosen method before penetration ever occurs. However, it's unlikely she would have symptoms this early. Where is the pain located? Is it upper or lower abdomen? Stomach ache would imply upper abdominal area, but some use stomach as a wide general area.
