Ok so my man works in ND. He makes good money and all and be wants to stay out there to start his own business to make more money and provide for me and the baby and such.  I have always stood by him and his decision about going out there to work in the first place. And of course I want him to follow his dreams and do what he thinks is best. Its just hard cuz were 700 miles apart.  We're gonna get a house soon here on MN but he'll still be out there. I'm just sad that he won't be around much for the pregnancy or when the baby's born. I'll have plenty of help of course but I wanted us to be lil family and be here I guess. Idk either I stick through it or go to ND and live him there. Ugh I'm just sad and needed to vent. :/

Hes in Tioga. Close to Williston. He knows how I feel but I know he's doing it for us. I have so much thinking to do lol

Is he working out in Williston? I live in Thief River Falls, MN, where are you? I went through williston once and a black guy said 'hey sexy' as i walked into the gas station. I was freaked out cuz no one has ever said that to me and i wished i had waited for my hubby to get out of the car lol. And yes Williston area is VERY expensive. You'd have a mortgage like you bought a house in New York! I have a couple friends from there. But yes definently let him know how you feel, and try not to fight about it. If he starts arguing, dont argue back, just reply camly. If he sees that you are calm then hopefully it will calm him too. Update me on how it goes :)

Im jus reading your post I feel for you cuz u jus want him to be there with u and ur baby he needs to compromise with you if hes gonna be workin there for a long period of time well y nt hav his family with him makes since like...

That's what I suggested to him but he doesn't want a house in ND. Apparently they're more expensive out there

Why not buy a house closer to his work? You should let him know your concerns and how you feel instead of holding your emotions inside. That can lead to resentment and bigger issues.
