Stuck at 4 cms dilated

Hey everybody!
I'm 37 weeks pregnant with my second baby. Been having a  crazy amount of Braxton Hicks with no results. I have dilated to 4 cms and i'm 50% effaced. My doctor said to try and induce myself naturally. I've tried everything! Walking, yoga ball, spicy foods, sex, massage and even castor oil. This baby is just not ready...though my cervix thinks otherwise. Btw, just a suggestion...castor oil tastes like crap...and it didn't even work. I threw up (which I also lost my bladder) and I had to run the bathroom three different times with a loose stool...unfun. And it didn't even send me into labor!
Didn't really have a question, just wanted to say maybe everybody is right...she will come when she is ready.

I took the castor oil two days ago and it just made me sick. No baby...hopefully it works for others...but it  didnt work for me.

Try your breast pump. Nipple stimulation works.
