Sugar?

I usually have cereal or oat meal in the morning and then a Gatorade and and diet Pepsi that's just what I like is diet and then a candy bar at night. Is that to much? Lol.

I try not to have to much because I start getting nauseous.  Ill have a can of soda and maybe a few pieces of candy a day
