Hey there, 3rd time mama here :) ...so the best thing u can do at this point is to keep ur feet elevated above ur hips. One thing I do that helps me but not everyone is to wrap my feet in cold cabbage leaves, then put socks over them. Lol weird but it helps reduce inflammation. Try to avoid SALT AND SUGAR. Drink lots of water to make sure ur kidneys are being properly filtered. If ur swelling rises up into ur calf and is really bad see ur doctor asap. Thats about all there is that i can think of for now ladies. Take care.
