Swollen feet !:/

I fmdont knw what happened but when I got home from wrk yesterday took off my shoes and socks my ankles were SWOLLEN . Im 25 weeks im short about 5'1 so I know the extra weight is taking a toll. Is it normal to have this around this time. Thank God I finally had a day off today to put up my feet. At wrk i am up standing walking back and forth 95% of the time at wrk. There are no times for breaks, but yesterday I was wrking fron desk so I was sitting mostly all day im guessing thats why? Anyways what do you guys do for this issue? Theyre so tight my feet look idk bruised.. Ideas pleasee? Thank you(:

I drink lots of water and wear compression stockings that help alot. I'm constantly on my feet at work. I'm either standing or walking or running because of an emergency.

Ok drink lots of water. Got it. Avoid salt. Check. I didnt think about the salt part. I ate ramen noodle soup yesterday? Does the swelling go away? Or is it something that last till the very end. ? Ftm.

I had started getting swollen ankles by then too. My doc said to help with it. When you wake up sit up for 5 seconds then stand for 5 seconds before you walk.
