Try some peppermint essential oil massage on your legs, feels great and soothes. Also rubbing a bit of peppermint oil with lotion on your feet to help soothe through out the day. And a little bag of baking soda in your shoes to absorb the odor. Hope that helps mama.

Try soakong in an epsom salt bath hun. Extra water intake to flush out those kidneys and avoid sodium.
