Symptoms at 6 wks pregnant.

Hi, im 6wks 3days. Im a little worried about what symptoms Im having or lack there of.  I've have the normal sore breast and come 2 or 3 in the afternoon, Id rather be sleeping. Mornings are the worse for me. I don't have morning sickness with vomiting but I have the nausea. Im also really tired in the morning. I walk or ride my bicycle daily...which gives me a boost. Is it normal to not have the extreem morning sickness or fatigue. Should I be worried? When I went to the DR for my ultrasound at 5wks5days there was a yolk sack and you could see the baby. Baby measured 6wks 4 days. Im probably freaking out more so than need be. Im just worried. It took me and DH 2 years to get pregnant.

Hi there,

Just to let you know that your not alone, Im feeling exactly the same way!! Im nearly 5weeks and 5days and to be honest I dont really have any signs at all.  My breasts are a bit sore but not overly, Ive been very moody and this has just calmed down the past few days much to my husbands relief :-) Im a wee bit tired but no more than usual but the big thing for me is the fact that im not running to the toliet having to pee all the time, I hear this is the main Symptom and it makes me nervous that im not noticing this!! Is it still too early??

Ive had 2 previous miscarriages Nov 09 and then Feb 10 so im really nervous as you can imagine. I have my first scan this Thur 16/05 so im praying everything will be ok!!

Hope this helps and my friend is pregnant at the minute and she said that she didnt really notice anything esp sickness until she was over 8weeks!!

Best of luck xx

Thanks ladies. Makes me feel a little better. I am constantly grabbing my boobs to see if they still hurt. I just ate some ravoli for lunch and its not sitting well. Trust me I am glad that Im not sick, but all the horror stories you hear scare you. I go back to the dr on the 26th for another US. I'll be alittle over 8wks then. These next three weeks are going to go by so slow. Thanks for the input ladies.

Congratulations hun! I am 6wks pregnant too. The only way i feel different is the tiredness. I have no sore breasts, cravings, sickness (very very slight nausea) etc. So you arent alone, i have had 4 pregnancies and i was very ill (sickness) with 2 of them, the other two i kind of 'forgot' i was pregnant! i had no symptoms what so ever!
Good luck and let us know how you progress!

I had absolutely no symptoms my first trimester. No food cravings or aversions, no sickness or nausea and very little tiredness. I was very paranoid at my 12 week appointment that there was actually no baby, but there was, and I'm week 33 now. I think almost anything is normal the first trimester, I hear such a wide range of symptoms.  When you hear the heartbeat you will feel a bit better. Good luck!

Congrats on your pregnancy! No worries about the symptoms many women get them terribly and some are lucky enough to not get them at all and then there are some of us that get the middle. It is possible that you are early into your pregnancy and the symptoms could be kicking in full force soon. Either way since you have seen your baby probably means that things are progressing normally =0) If you have any additional concerns then don't hesitate to call your doctor =)

I had the same symptoms when I first found out I was pregnant.  I never had morning sickness just all day nausea... I almost wished I would throw up just to feel better, and I was extremley tired.  I didn't have sore boobs until about 6-7 weeks.  It's also common to have no symptoms at all.  All of my symptoms disappeared at about 10 weeks they were their worst at about 8 weeks.  They go away for the most part when the placenta takes over hormone production.  Every women is different and handles pregnancy differently.  I know it's hard, but try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy.  Good luck :)
