Symptoms

My nausea comes and goes at all different times of the day.  I am 6 weeks and 4 days and have menstral like cramping that comes and goes and sharp pains when I move quickly or suddenly.  No energy to do much of anything but not exessively tired.  And boobs are sore.  I am hungry but most times start to eat and get turned off.  Are these normal?  I go to OBGYN on 3/26 for first appt.  I have a blighted ovum in June 2009 and felt nothing like this when I was pregnant the last time.

All the symptoms you descirbe are normal pregnancy symptoms.
