TTC AND REALLY NEED HELP

hello ladies   I have a few questions for all of u. I know that many of u are experts and know more than me I'm a begining. Ok here it goes i recently had surgery 9 months ago due to a dermoid cyst on both of my ovaries and I did loose  my right ovary and tube  and my left side was open but it was saved.  About  3 weeks ago a went to the doctor because my stomach was so bloaded it looked like I was 2-3 months pregnant so I wanted to make sure everything ok. I went in and she performed an ultra sound and everything look fine except their was some liquid in my stomach so she decided for me to go to the hopital and have another ultra sound . The result came back and it showed i had a dermoid cyst on my left side  and  I was so devastated and was crying my balls out. She told me that I needed to have an MRI for reisurance to make sure it is what it is. IF that happen and I have surgery thre is a high percentage I will loose my other ovary since the other ovary had surgery already. The doctor recommended that I try concieving before I have surgery just in case I loose my ovary. So I so much want to have another baby before surgery. I'm afraid of having surgery and then not being able to concieve.

   So my question is I had  my period on May 15 2009 and I started the OPK on friday and finally today at 11am i igot a  positive lh surge sorry TMI we did the BD 5/25, 5/27,5/28,5/30. I  when into a site and it calculated that  I was going to  ovulate  on may the 30th. Hoowever, I took a OPK today and I got the positive LH surge today. So does it mean that i will ovulating 12-36 from now? should I bd today and tomorrow? do you guys think that I could still get pregnant by  bedding the above day? by the way I have an average of 29 cycle the longest is 31 and the shortest 27. any suggestions welcome I really want a baby.

thank you so much for both of your input  both are extremly sweet and I hope that God hears your prayers. It its very hard to hear this news for the second time I was in the same  position this year and again this year. Hope this is a mistake and I don't have a dermoid again.

Hey girl, i agree just to have extra insurance i would go for the next three days. And keep your chin up about the surgery you never know god may have an eye on you. Sending lots of baby dust to you!! good luck!!!

Howare you i havent seen you about in a while.I woud defenitely bd today and tomorrow and maybe day after jus to make sure you get all the days.It cant hurt.Sending loads of baby dust your way and i hope you get your bfp soon xxx
