TTC and Flu Vaccine

Hey ladies, how soon can you start ttc after a flu vaccine, i didnt intend on getting it until my son said mom why you not getting it, so i did.  We actually got the nasal flu vaccine on the 22nd. I will be ovualting in two days, can i ttc or do i need to wait, i feel so clueless right now lol.  Any suggestions please

Yup, I got a flu shot when I was preggers too, they encourage it. You're good to go ;)

I agree with rosa! I am 21 weeks and my doc told me to go and get the flu shot so if its safe for us preggo gals it should definitely be safe for you when your trying! Good Luck

im 34 weeks pregnant and just had the flu vaccine today!! Its totally safe when your pregnant to take so....i dont see a problem! They encourage you to take it espically when your pregnant as your immune system is down more!!

I don't think you need to wait at all.  Maybe ask the pharmacist or something!  I don't think it would matter though.

Hi.  I am also ttc.  I tt my re and she said that i can and should get the flu vaccine.  She didn't mention anything about having to wait at all, she actually encouraged it.  so...I hope that helps, i'm sure every doctor has a different opinion on it.  I'm sure if you googled it, you would find some more answers.  :)
