my period is 7days late. I have taken two 1$ home pregnancy test and they came back negative, according to the app I would be considered 4weeks Day 4 . I have also been very tired lately, my nips are a little darker I've noticed. Yesterday I had a little blood and creamy stuff  when I wiped so I thought I might be starting but after that ive had none and no signs of it starting. I'm planning to test with a "first response " in the morning when I wake up. Could I possibly be pregnant just to early to tell on a test?  If it don't come up tomorrow and I still don't start how long should I wait to test again?

I would follow up with your OB if you don't get your period in 2 or 3 days. Good luck!

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend four days ago (28) and he came inside me, all of his sperms. But now (28) I have my period, but it should be last (26). And now I feel a little nausea.

You could be pregnant, my periods were always regular. I took a pregnancy test 2 days after my missed period and it was negative took another two weeks later and that was a clear positive. Both times I used First Response.
