This was an interesting read for information. It talks about divorce but more so about domestic violence and custody. Just some info to help add to what you already have.

I am so sorry. Last night was crazy. I will get them to you today I promise.
As soon as I get home I will get those to you
@Allocate, I would so greatly appreciate if you could get those numbers to me whenever you can. Thank you for being soo helpful!
I have a sheet of paper at my house with a list of numbers but I dont know when I will be home from work
@Amanda, I tried , I looked it up the website and all I could find was a hotline number, they said theywould have to call me back in 10-15 business days. -_- frustrating. Is there any other line, or one that could direct me? Thanks ladies.
Call the attorney generals office they can answer all your questions and its free.
Visitations all depends on the court and if you want them to be supervised. If he is violent I would suggest going with no visitation what so ever
I could care less about child support, I'm more concerned with legal actions I can take toward custody. And visitations. Thanks a lot, I appreciate any information. I know child support has to be brought up in custody battles or whatever.
And the father does not have to be on the birth certificate to get child support
I can ask my mom about child support laws. My bio dad never paid his child support then signed his rights over when I was five. Oh and if you have a job and are a good mommy Texas WILL NOT take you're baby away from you, just dont do anything illegal is what I mean
I haven't received any msgs yet, but I week try to keep you in the loop!
If you find info please let me know as well. Please and thank-you.
