The doctor said and did this

I went to the doctor for an blood work done to see if I were pregnant. She examine my breast and my stomach and I did a **** test there. When she did my breast she say they have grown she can tell from the strech marks on them. She said my stomach was hard to the point she said that she didn't want to press hard on it. So she sent me to the lab to get blood work done and then she said that she want an ultrasound done to see why my period haven't start in three months.
I told the doctor all my symptoms I was having and she told me that I need to just start sleeping on my left side. Now these are a list of symptoms I told her
My breast are so sore I hate my breast and they also are big
I can't sleep at night
I have mood swings from left to right
I have gain alot of weight
i have gas
my stomach have weird funny feelings plus i have my second day period cramps but no period
my back hurts alot time from time
i sleep all day
my hips hurt if i stand up long
and i get tired just from making up my bed and waking kids up for school
i have trouble breathing lying on my back
after i told her this she said she was going to get a thyroid test to
now all these tests have came back normal and not pregnant i don't have the ultrasound till the 27th
i want to know what do you think my possiblities are and let me know if someone is going through the same thing?

at 3 months i highly doubt you would feel something move back since most woman dont even feel flutters which they think is gas until about 12 weeksish...my first flutter i was 13 weeks...so pushing you wouldnt feel something move back

Well if your 3 months pregnant try pressing around your pubic bone at this point your uterus should be just above your bone see if u can feel anything
