Ok, so this morning I started doing my usual routine of throwing up, and i did it in the sick, and i was looking at it, and it has strings of blood in it! Not alot at all, but just strings..Is that normal? or should I go to the ER?
You really should contact your doc ASAP or if it happens again, go to the ER. Losing blood out of any orificous is not good. I don't think anything is wrong with your baby, but you may have something wrong with you.
This happened to me when I was pregnant as I get very sick also. My doctor said that I had probably just strained so much that I popped some blood vessels from the straining. I'd let your doctor know if it will make you feel better but I'd be willing to bet that's what it's from.
No, it's not extreme! With Michele, it was fine, but every single situation is different and you need a doctor to see you and determine whether or not it is something more serious than a broken blood vessel. You probably are just fine. But better to be safe than sorry!
I still say it's the blood vessels (it's happened to me with all 5) but of course I am no doctor; just speaking from experience, but I'd call your doctor before going to ER. I've always done that with anything so he'd know to be expecting me. I trust my doctor much more than any ER doctor.
