When i was 6 weeks i urged to have lemonade..thats all i wanted with nausea..found out that lemon eases nausea..i didnt even know! My body just wanted it..im now 11 weeks and have all lemon in the house incase..good luck!
I had really bad nausea for the first 10weeks and I had a glass of water and dry cereal on my bedside table, I couldn't imagine eating crackers first thing in the morning so cereal was a great alternative for me. Nausea would hit me on and off all day whether I ate or not but I learned that if I just ate small amounts of food at a time, like little snacks, it helped me tremendously. I'm 12weeks 6days and I still get nausea if I don't eat so I'm constantly snacking but now I'm also more hungry. Lol good luck! Hope this helps!
I'm in the same boat I won't do anti nausea because I'd never forgive myself if something happened because of it. I have been doing hot tea in the mornig seems to settle a little but then nibbling crackers I also got the preggy pops I can't say they work but the peppermint one seemed to soothe a little I am like crying sick in the morning it slowly goes away so I'm eating a peanut butter sandwich now hopefully will help out in the morning I was told the sea band bracelets help I have the gum version I can't say it helps either tho mu midwife does prescribe anti nausea if read not so good things about it but you've gotta do what you've gotta do good luck
I'm also taking zofran also sucking own a orange pill works for me
You can't get rid of it talk with your doctor mine put me on zofran for nausea because mine was so bad and it works wonders
