Tons of Tmi, but I need answers please.

For you ladies that have had your baby could you please try and give me some answers, I just had my son on the 22nd, he ripped by a 2 but on the inside so I got stitches. I've noticed my girl area has been feeling really sore lately. I feel like its ripped or has a cut. Is it possible for my stitches to fall out?? When I laugh it hurts, when I laugh I feel myself leaking down there, when I cough it hurts. I haven't had sex or anything yet so idk what's going on and every now & than I will pass a small clog along with the regular bleeding. Any help please, what should I do?

Get a lidocaine prescription, some numbing spray from the pharmacy, and a boppy pillow. You'll be sore for a little, but all that will help make it comfortable. Also take some naproxin sodium for the swelling.

Well its only been 4 days so its goin to be sore for a little while I had a 5th degree tear ( I believe is what she said) with my 1st and it was sore for a good minute it felt super tight (sorry tmi) I was afraid the stitches would bust but they didnt im still a little sensitive to this day and hes 2yrs old which is guna suck when I have this lil one I wouldnt really know if your stitches could come out cause I had the ones that dissolve and the clots it depends on size I think cause I passed some pretty big ones and they checked em and said it was fine (i was in the hospital 5 days due to fever so I had nurses and stuff to help w/ all those worries) hope I could be at least a little help

Its only been a few days sice you've had your baby so you will still be very tender around the stiches, they should be desolving ones so one or two around the end may either have come abit loose or desolved, it can take a few weeks for you to feel normal down there and your most likely still abit bruised and swollen, you could try some arnica tablets, that would help with the swelling etc, small clots arnt too much to worry about, its usually from the blood conjelling (sp), if you notice an unpleasant odour,  or start to pass larger clots/heavier bleeding, then you need to see your doctor as you may have an infection, other than that, things do sound pretty normal, maybe try to do your pelvic floor excersices and that will help with the leaking as well :)
