It took about 8 weeks for me to get my first period after having a D&C, if its longer than that and tests are still negative you should go to your doctor. They can give you pills to help kick start your period again.
There is a good chance you could be pregnant again though if you have been trying, as your body craves being pregnant after a miscarriage, and will do stuff out of the ordinary to help get pregnant again. It took me about 7 months to get pregnant, but also I didn't try immidiately after losing mine.
I got pregnant the SAME week as my miscarriage! I am now nearly 7 months.
It took my friend 6 months to get a period again
You can go to the docs and ask for a HCG test to see where they are at?

It took me a little over 2 months before I had my period after naturally miscarrying, and then I was pregnant within 2 cycles. Did you have an ultrasound to see if everything passed properly? With me, they figured that it was complete but intthen I passed more about 2 weeks later....which I thought was a period as I had stopped bleeding. After that though I had an ultrasound to make sure everything was good.
Best of luck on the ttc journey...
I find that a very interesting article. I had an overdue baby at 10 lbs and all natural...I have 2 other children, one that was born at 32 weeks and then preterm labour again with my second child.
Here you go :)

No wait needed for pregnancy after miscarriage
For the best pregnancy outcomes, when should a woman try to conceive again after a miscarriage? The sooner the better, a new study suggests. Scottish researchers looked at data for nearly 31,000 women who became pregnant after an initial miscarriage. Compared to women who conceived 6 to 12 months after their miscarriage, those who became pregnant again within 6 months were 34% less likely to miscarry a second time. They were also less likely to have an ectopic pregnancy, a cesarean or preterm delivery, or a low-birth-weight infant. The highest risks of a second miscarriage and other pregnancy complications were seen among women who conceived more than 24 months after miscarriage. The findings run contrary to current guidelines by the World Health Organization to wait at least half a year to conceive after having a miscarriage, which affects approximately one in five pregnancies.
