Two positive test now bleeding

I was two days late took two test both said positive then three days later I went to the bathroom and it looks like I started my period no clots or anything but heavy flow I don't understand what's going on bc I'm nauseated irritable peeing a lot and always tired . my husband and I have been trying for a little girl we have two boys.

Went to hospital today dr said since I'm not bleeding a lot or cramping and the color is pink/brown that I am fine and to come back if I start bleeding heavy and/or cramping. And if they did an ultrasound now then they would only see the sac he says it sounds like implantation and that I am about a week.

Why would a doctor say something like that smh and yes I would go to the hospital to make sure the baby is ok and when the baby is ok I would switch doctors

I went to Dr yesterday they did a test and it was positive I'm bleeding itlight now the Dr talked to theob she said since I don't have cramps with it that it's up to me to go to the hospital to see what they say or wait till myob appt what should I do

Bleeding when pregnant is not a good sign at all

Get seen right away don't wait until Monday any sign of bleeding is risky

If you're bleeding heavy I wouldn't wait til Monday to see a doctor.

I'd call and let them know you are bleeding it's not normal to bleed heavy

If I were you, I would check with your doctor. This could be a false reading on the pregnancy test (extremely unlikely) or a miscarriage. Implantation bleeding is not heavy. See your doctor, perhaps even have them perform a blood test on you to determine if you're pregnant or not. Best wishes :)

I didn't have any cramps also it was just bleeding like randomly no pain or nothing idk y it was happening the doctors dnt also im just blessed that i can bring in another girl into this world

I never had any bleeding with both my boys along with the nausia so I was really hoping I was having a girl till I started bleeding I started last night at work. There is no heavy lifting at work. I have an appt for Mon that I set up last week. Im so scared bc I never experienced this .

You can go and get checked that happened to me for three months i would bleed the first month i was late took a test than bled so thought i wasn't pregnant than it happened two more times went in for an ultrasound after they confirmed i was pregnant all that time and it showed i was bleeding outside the placenta and if it gets any bigger i could loose the baby so for three months i was a high risk for a miscarriage now im 7 months and baby is just fine
