You can take Tylonel with codeine safely after the 12th week of pregnancy, but it should only be taken when prescribed so probably not for a cold. I would ask your doctor before taking anything even though it was given to you during the pregnancy taking it for a cold or over taking it isnt a good thing. There are other medicines you can take for a cold that are safer during pregnancy.
