URGENT!!!
ok so ladies i need come awnsers!! Any feedback would be nice! I was sitting on my bed ( no underware)and my nighty pulled up over just relaxing!! and when i got up i noticed some water on my bed...now it didnt smell and you could tell it came from the (you know midddle hole) lol and when it dried it dried like a water stain!! Could this be my amniotic fluid leaking where as i have been having pain the past couple nights...btw my back is killing me tonight!! Any awnsers please hurry!!
hey girls...just thought i would update!! I went in and they hooked me up..i was having alot of what they didnt call contractions on the monitor but really looked like it...lol...anyways the nurses were great that were on in there last night so i got lucky! :) And the doc came in and checked me and said i am NOT losing any fluid:) yay for that and im am NOT dialated any!! Soooo hes thinking ill go term!! haha imagine that..i always thought i would go early!! I still think so but well see...thanx for all the great input ladies..oh an he said it was just female leakage..even if it was clear!!
A friend of mine had her water break in the grocery store. Just a small amount. The rest didn't rush until the baby shifted a bit. Needless to say, the rest of the fluid ended up all over MY open toed sandles!!! The amniotic sac protects the baby from infection. That is why once the sac breaks, you have to deliver within 24 hours. I would go in...
Mine didn't...or don't lol It's a on and off pain. Or constant pain. kind of like something is jabbing in to you!
I'd seriously go in ROSA!!!! Since you live so close, even if your leaking fluid they may let you go back home, and just keep an eye on it! But you could be fully dialated and about to go and it would be good to be there in that case!

ok so i guess im going to go in and see what they say...better safe then sorry right!! Espically with some pain like that! So ill update if i get home! lol
thats what it was...it left like a water ring!! and my back is killing me...but its not constant...if your getting contractions in your back so they come and go the same??
My water broke with my second child. It first broke in the bathroom and then again when I was in my room and it left a stain on the carpet that I had to clean up when I got home from the hospital. It was more like a water ring and easy to clean up. I would go and let them check you at the hospital just to make sure.
Rosa, when I was pregnant with my son, my water was leaking. I too thought it was just moisture (I lived in California at the time). My back was also killing me. I decided to go to the hospital and they did a litnus(sp) test and sure enough it was my water leaking. They kept me because they said that I could get an infection form the water leaking. I URGE you to go to L&D and see what they say. Good luck, Kasie
You can go to the Dr. and they can do a fern test. It will let you know if it's your water or not.
With my son near the end I had a small leak, and it stained like water! You know left that ring. When your water completely breaks you'll know, it'll feel like your peeing yourself. But you can be leaking amniotic fluid, it'll trinkle out too!
Ive been getting a clear, non smelly discharge lately, wich is supposed to be normal and ok. Was it a lot? are you still leaking? If so, you should call your Dr.
i had this when i was pregnant. i thought i'd weed myself, but it wasn't wee! lol. If your water do go, your VERY likely to know. You couldn't get it mixed up with anything else, whether i breaks all at once, or just keeps leaking. I would say, you'd definately know about it! lol x
but does it stain?? Like theres a water stain on my sheets and i did it again...and when i sneezed more came out..just a little tho!! Would it stain the sheet if it was fluid tho?
It's possible to have a small leak as well... just so you know and it would still be fine, but i'd go get checked!!! and especially since your back is killing you!!!!!!!!!
