Was diagnosed with a uti last night and had no fever at the time but today I have a temp of 101.4 and horrible chills and aches. Still having the uti pain and some pain on my left side. I am just concerned that this has turned into a kidney infection overnight and I know those can be bad for me and the baby. I am only 15 weeks.

If u r a diagnosed case of UTI then u must stick to the prescription given to u by the doctor other wise it may involve ur kidney & will be  harmful for u and baby, I hope u must have told the doctor about ur pregnancy & received suitable treatment. U should drink plenty of water and don't worry much about the medicine as ur Ist trimester is over.

If you have a UTI and have been given meds...then take your meds and do all the normal things you would do regularly for a fever. Take a luke warm bath, use cold compresses, don't overheat yourself and take some tylenol (never advil.).
If it's very painful and your fever or pain doesn't subside, then I would call the doc.
