UTI

Is it normal to get a ( UTI ) Urinating  track infection during pregnancy. I am 14 weeks and they called me from the doc office yesterday and they put me on antibiotic , will this affect my baby

I had one right when I was 14 weeks pregnant too. I was given antibiotics about a week ago and I'm fine now and so is baby! I had slight bleeding with mine as well so don't be too frightened if that happens to you.

I had an uti in the beginnging of my pregnancy and was on antibiotics and everything was fine so dnt worry it will be alright

It's completely normal to have one or even two..I've had one with each one of my 4 kids.. To avoid the Uti's when you have to pee go don't hesitate.. Holding it in is one cause of the infection.. As far as the antibiotics go, No your baby will be fine so no worries...

No , it will not affect baby , they make sure they prescribe you what will treat your uti but as well as be safe for your baby . And uti are very common during pregnancy .
