I'm 15 weeks 3 days this is my second child and I have an appointment this Tuesday in 3days and with my first he was diagnosed with hydronephrosis of the kidney (reflux) when I was 17weeks pregnant would it be acceptable if I requested for an anatomy exam on Tuesday to see this ones kidneys? I would like to know but am not sure if it's a little early . Which she does send out for ultra sounds so it probably wouldn't be until 16 weeks?also this is a new doctor she delivered my son i came to her at 37weeks I don't want her thinking I'm being a pain. Thank you!

It might be a little early, normally they try to wait until the 20 week mark. I had mine at 17 weeks 4 days and that was considered early. But you can always ask, all they can say is no. :)

They will do an anatomy check you'll be one day shy of 16w...tell the tech about your son...they will def pay special attention to the kidneys...they are usually really good about that kinda stuff
