Unexplain Adominal Pain

I been having so many Adominal pain(cramping) with back pain, and i also feel tighting and a sharp pain in my uterus for couple mintues and it goes and come back, also i alway's feel tried. And the doctor urine test and everything came back normal but i had a appointment today and they found sugar and protein in my urine. He said it could be normal since its the first time it show up in my urine. Please help.

My doctor said it can be BH contractions but the cramping pain like menstral cycle pain they cant explain whats going on because they my doctor did a BV test and also a UTI and it came back negative. And my baby is moving just fine and the heart beat is fine too.

What are the sign of pre-eclampsia. I dont go back in till the 16 of this month and i guess when they do a urine test again lets see if i have urine and protein in my urine. No i havent got a non stress test. should and can i ask for one?

The cramping could be contractions - were you hooked up to a monitor to see if this is the case?

Protein in the urine could signal the beginning of pre-eclampsia so you will need to be watched very carefully for this. Do you have a follow-up appointment?  What about a non-stress test?
