Update- hope someone responds this time.
Went to the doc today. Last week baby was head down and cervix was somewhat soft. Six days later today, baby is realllly down there and I am 50% effaced and my cervix is sponge!!! Fingers crossed, I'd love to have this baby this weekend. I'm 37 weeks Sunday, which is the longest I've ever made it. I didn't dilate before my water broke the other two times so my doc said she wouldn't be surprised if the lovey didn't show this weekend.

you know what i was like that i walked for 3 hours and i dialated to 4 so walk walk walk.....and congrats
That's great - it really does sound as though your baby's arrival is imminent. Could be a Christmas baby!!! :-)
